Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
