Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Your experience matters to us. If there is an issue with your order — damaged packaging, wrong item, or a quality concern — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ancestralritualscoffee@gmail.com.

We may offer:

• A replacement

• Store credit

• A refund (case-by-case)

Non-returnable items:

• Opened coffee bags

• Items with broken seals

• Final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before roasting/fulfillment begins.

Once the order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
